Sophisticated Investor Requirement

Investment in Prestige Markets is limited to sophisticated investors who possess the financial knowledge, experience, and capacity to evaluate the risks and merits of investing. Sophisticated investors are expected to understand complex investment instruments and strategies, including leveraged trading and derivatives. Before participating in the Fund, all prospective investors must undergo a verification process to ensure they meet these criteria as defined by applicable securities laws.

Risk Disclosure

The Fund’s strategies, are subject to changes in market volatility, liquidity, and regulatory developments. Funds Deposit

Investments can be deposited into either a Prestige Markets designated bank account or directly into your Prestige Markets account. By depositing funds, investors acknowledge that the timing of access to funds may be subject to the usual processing times and other terms as outlined in the Fund’s policies.

Liquidity and Withdrawal

Prestige Markets imposes no lock-in periods or withdrawal restrictions. Investors may withdraw their funds at any time, subject to standard processing times. It is important to note that timing of withdrawals may influence returns, particularly if withdrawals occur during any rolling calendar month.

No Fees

Prestige Markets does not charge any management fees, performance fees, or other administrative costs. Investors may, however, incur third-party transaction fees depending on the investment method or jurisdiction. Prestige Markets reserves the right to introduce or amend fees if the needs of the business require it. Should such changes occur, we will provide investors with at least 30 days’ written notice before any new fees become effective.

Tax Considerations

Investors are responsible for any taxes incurred as a result of their investment in Prestige Markets. The Fund does not provide tax advice, and investors are encouraged to consult a qualified tax professional regarding the implications of their investment.

No Guarantees

While Prestige Markets strives to deliver consistent returns, no assurances are made regarding the overall performance of the Fund. Returns are subject to market risks, volatility, and other external factors that may impact performance.

Confidentiality

All information provided by Prestige Markets, including but not limited to performance data, strategies, and updates, is confidential and intended solely for your personal use. You may discuss the information privately with friends, family, or advisors, provided it does not lead to public dissemination. However, any public disclosure or publication of this information through social media platforms, mainstream media, or other public forums is strictly prohibited without the Fund’s prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Prestige Markets, its managers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from your investment in the Fund, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. The Fund is not responsible for any tax, legal, or regulatory obligations resulting from your investment.

All materials provided by Prestige Markets, including reports, communications, and marketing content, are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. Investors are encouraged to seek independent professional advice before making investment decisions.

Force Majeure

Prestige Markets shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God (e.g., earthquakes, floods, hurricanes), war or hostilities, civil unrest, terrorism, labor disputes (e.g., strikes, lockouts), government actions (e.g., embargoes, sanctions), drastic economic conditions, unforeseen world events, infrastructure failures (e.g., widespread power outages, major internet disruptions), pandemics or public health crises, major cyber attacks, or any other event of a similar nature that impedes the normal operation and fulfillment of obligations.

Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saint Lucia. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saint Lucia.

Electronic Transactions

By investing in the Fund, you consent to all agreements, communications, and transactions being conducted electronically.

Amendments to this Disclaimer

Prestige Markets reserves the right to amend or update this Disclaimer at any time, to reflect changes in business practices, market conditions, or regulatory requirements. Any updates will be communicated to investors through official channels, and continued participation in the Fund indicates acceptance of such amendments.
